Join us at Theodore's in celebrating the 10th annual Independent Bookstore Day!
We're keeping the party going all-day-long with fun activities and a big raffle prize that one lucky shopper is going to be taking home.
For our younger readers, join our bookmark art competition! Print out or download this template, and draw a colorful bookmark inspired by your love of books. Submit your entry by April 1st, and you might be one of a few lucky winners we choose to be featured on our bookmarks given out on April 29th for Independent Bookstore Day! Entries can be emailed to info@theodoresbooks.com with the subject line "2023 Bookmark Competition" or dropped off at the store. See if your design has been picked by coming down to Theodore's where we'll be handing them out all day to shoppers.
What's going on at Theodore's?
- 10:30AM | Children's author event - Author to be announced!
- All Day | Blind Date with a Book is Back! - Make any purchase in-person at Theodore's and choose your very own Blind Date with a Book
- All Day | Children's Bookmark Design Contest - Come down to Theodore's and see the winning submissions printed on Theodore's bookmarks!
- All Day | Book Stack Raffle - Customers who spend over $35 at Theodore's on Independent Bookstore Day are eligible to enter a raffle for a free stack of books chosen by our booksellers!
- 5:00-7:00PM | Sip and Browse - Grab a glass of wine and browse for books with a little live music!
