Fight book bans & challenges and join us in our support of the right of freedom of expression, celebrating the right to read and drawing attention to banned and challenged books.
How it works:

Theodore’s owner, former Congressman Steve Israel, will select a banned or challenged book and lead an in-person (and virtual!) discussion several times a year. Wine and light refreshments will be served.

Sign up for one, two, or three meetings in advance. The cost includes a copy of the book, which we will mail to you at least one month in advance of the meeting (or you can pick it up in the store)
